IPAD AIR

Newbie to Ipad, 2 days....locked myself out several times wrong passcode. Chat with apple agent for 90 min & no success. Told to go to apple store, which are all closed, till whenever. I am desperate.

Unfortunately you must now fully restore your iPad to factory settings.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
