Battery life depends on a lot of factors.

Apple gives an indication on the website, but it is just that.

These machines are VERY DIFFERENT, and are each great for different kind of uses/users.

Seriously, if you are comparing these two machines, battery life should NOT be the deciding factor.

The 16" is far more powerful, and has a dedicated graphics card.

If you are planning on running serious computations, or editing 4K video in Final Cut Pro, definitely go with the 16".

If you are buying a mac to study, browse the web, hear music, and especially if you are going to carry it along on a backpack every day, go with the 13". Your back will thank you. OH... and, unless you are very wealthy, go with 16GB of RAM and do not get 32GB on the 13" for the kind of uses I mentioned. It will be a waste of money.

Thank for you expertise :)))
You'r really funny but this topic probably is not for you.

The official tech specs is the closest you are going to get to a straight answer— and of course those predictions are under the most optimized conditions.

Real world— you will have a hard time locating someone here who has both a 13" and 16" MBP to give you more empirical results. However searching the web specifically for third party sites that specialize in comparative studies may be insightful if this is your concern.
