The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

This, most likely, will be an issue that your cellular voice provider will need to assist you with ... as text messages are used when you message a non-Apple phone from your iPhone.
