Unable to save Photo Markup

I am unable to save markups in Photo. I have force-quit the app and restarted my iPad. I have tried several photos without success. iPad Pro 12.9”, 1st gen, iOS 13.3.1.

Unable to save an edited photo I am marking up some photos in my iPhone photos app, but when I press save I get the following message, "Unable to save changes an error occurred while saving please try again later”. I have done a test screenshot and marked up some changes which have saved okay, but I cannot get it to save markups/edits in the app. I am using an iPhone SE and it is updated to the latest iOS. Hello,

Try updating to iPadOS 13.5 to see if it resolves your problem.

Settings > General > Software Update

Any idea why it wouldn’t’ve done that update? Auto update is on.
