I have a iPhone 11 Pro Max but can not get the 1 year free offer. I tried to log in from a desktop but that did not work either. The only option I am getting is TRY APPLE TV+FREE 7 days free. What should I do?

Activating it is meaningless, the 3 months starts when you purchase the iPhone. So what date did you purchase it and what date did you attempt to get your free subscription.

No I purchased the iPhone in January and activated Apple TV at april
