spam e-mail purchasing apps

What to do if you receive an e-mail stating you purchased an app, when you look at what it appears you purchased and had not purchased it, then another e-mail post that you purchased it again. I've received 2 e-mail now stating the purchasing the game for 35.99 each. I did not.
