iCloud lock?

Hey Apple,


I recently have purchased an iPhone  5 soon to realise that it is cloud locked and not on the previous owner's iCloud is there any way possible if I can activate this iPhone or for you at  Apple remove the iCloud lock.

No, there is no way for you to remove activation lock -> Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support


You must know the AppleID password used when setting it up to disable it. If you can, get your money back. If not, recycle the device as you’ll never be able to use it.

If you cannot get in touch with the previous owner, then there is no way to remove the Activation Lock. Activation Lock is an anti-theft measure that cannot be bypassed by you or anyone else. For more info see:
