Messenger on Apple watch

i just purchased an Apple Watch and I’m having this exact same issue, I have to keep uninstalling the messenger app on my phone and re-install it to pair but it eventually does the same thing again over and over. My partners watch is doing the same. Got told to contact Facebook but you can’t???? Pretty annoyed I’ve purchased a watch and one of the main feature I’ll use it for doesn’t work

This is the second post like this I have seen, sounds like the Messenger Watch app has a problem. Contact Facebook.

How do I contact Facebook about this?

I sent them a message 2 days ago and have not got an answer. Sent another one today. If you go to the Messenger app in App Store there is an option to report a problem

The report a problem in your purchase history goes to Apple, not Facebook.

I’m having the same problem, anyway to correct this issue...

Make sure you post on Facebook that you are annoyed with them.
