remove stray icon iphone 11

In the settings menu at Accesibility >> AssistiveTouch>>Customize Top Level Menu and I selected the bottom icon, concentric circles. It puts a greyed out icon everywhere/ If you tap it it goes to Home. ( you can configue it too)

How do I get rid of it again?

You turned on Assistive Touch, so you need to turn it off.

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Turn off Assistive Touch
