Messenger doesn't pair with Iphone

Hi, i have the same exact problem. It was working previously, now it show this.. And i did try to factory reset my iphone and the watch.

I also did the same things as this, erase the app in the same order by 3 times. Nothing more... Also, i saw that everyone have the Iwatch in the Messenger menu on their iphone... But mine doesn't show ? And everything else work great on the watch...What should i do ? Thank you

Screen Time Request Issues Since the new IOS update 16.0 ive noticed issues with responding to the screen time request on both my phone and apple watch. Both are updated but now I only receive screen time requests via text message, when before I would get a notification in the banner. Previously I could push and hold the notification (on both my phone or apple watch) and it would pop up the option to approve 15minutes, 1 hour, all day or decline. Now on my apple watch i get the notification as a text message and am unable to approve or deny the request, the message says i need to go to messages on phone or mac to answer. I have not changed my settings on neither watch nor phone. Even on my phone i only get the request notifications via text, they no longer pop up in the banner as an actual notification to approve it. How can I fix this?? I dont want to keep getting text for the screen time requests, and I want to be able to once again approve request from my watch.
