my new iPhone won't activate

My new phone will not activate. All incoming calls and texts still go to my old phone. And my new phone will not allow me to call or text anyone.

iPhone, Unable to Activate Hi so I tried to update my iPhone XS Max to the latest IOS because my phone would not make calls or texts without the update. After the update my phone still wouldn't make calls or texts. So I factory reset my phone and it showed up with "Unable to Activate." I just bought the iPhone 11 Pro and is has been 10 hours trying to activate, I am currently stuck can not do call from my old phone because of the provider is already in the new phone. Can you help me ASAP please? I need help with the new purchase of iPhone 11 Pro, is not Activating, got stuck the screen already for 10 hours message in the screen "Activating your iPhone" "it may take a few minutes to activate your iPhone" Does seems like I can not do anything about this. My current iphone 7 can not work with the cell provider so I can not do calls and I imagine because I started to activating the new one. I need immediate help in order to move on with my day and do the calls I need to make. My husband also has a new one, same model we bought at the same time last sunday and its sound bottom is not working. Please help us both. Thank you,

Did you remove the SIM card from your old iPhone and install it in your new iPhone? It appears that your active SIM card is still in your old iPhone.
