How could I update my iPhone without computer?

On your iPhone then look for Settings then tap on it then when it opens then click General then tap on it then look for Software Update then click on it and it will tell you what update you have or you can update it further if you have a iPhone 7 or higher to iOS 13 and iPhone 6 still have updates to iOS 12.4.7 and more will be coming soon. If you want to update to iOS 13 then you can't with a iPhone 6 and need to buy the newer iPhone 7 or higher to update.
