Is your account disabled?

If your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, you need to contact iTunes Support: If you see a message that says “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”

Contact iTunes Support - "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes"

If that's not the problem, what happens when you try to download something from the App Store?
