When i wake up the computer there is a popup asking me to install a Java SDK. How do i get rid of it. The link takes me to Adobe acrobat where there is no download option for the Java SDK.
This is a brand new MacBook Pro running catalina. I just migrated my files from my old computer.

If you are running Adobe CS (maybe other Adobe software), it requires Java to do some things.
Try one of Oracle's JDK releases or get rid of the Adobe software.

i needed to delete the facebook plist on Library/launchAgents
I just did install flash to see that would help.
What mad you think that would help? Flash has nothing to do with Java.

Apparently, you didn't. Java is not part of macOS at all.
Thanks but i did a clean install with no applications. I dont have anything from adobe on the drive. I just did install flash to see that would help. I did not transfer over adobe acrobat so I wonder if that might be what it is looking for.

This is what i get when I wake up the computer. "More info" takes me only to the adobe flash download site ( which i did download). "Ok" makes it go away but it shows up next time when waking up.

No. As I said, I migrated to the new mac without any applications from the old mac. I have not downloaded any adobe apps during this process. i have facebook through my browser but no downloaded program.

That's what I asked about, but you swore you did a "clean" install. You should rethink your "clean" install methodology.

Yeah, well that doesn't jive with the popup dialog. Java is not installed on macOS and it doesn't call anything that would ask for Java.
You may think you did a "clean install," whatever that means, but you didn't achieve what you think.
