Buy/redeem iTunes Gift cards to the account. Charges will be deducted from the account balance before the organizer's credit card is charged.
App Store & iTunes Gift Cards by Email.

Only a single payment method can be tied to an AppleID at any one time. As Eric points out though, as long as you have credit on your AppleID, that will be used first before charging the organizers credit card.
As long as you’re part of family sharing, you cannot pay for your own purchases. Under family sharing, all purchases are charged to the organizer’s payment method.
Can you have 2 credit cards in the payment method and choose one before purchasing?
IMO that sucks. because you have to keep buying a new iTunes when you run out. you can't replenish your own iTunes card because when you do, it tries to charge the organizer's CC
If you buy them using my first link, you are buying from apple.com, and you can use your own credit card.
also i just put an iTunes gift card under my account and tried to buy something and iTunes is still asking for verification from family sharing organizer credit card!
That is in case the purchase price plus applicable taxes is more than the funds that you loaded on your Apple ID.
its not. i have $25. i'm buying an app that is $5.99
so when i use my phone to buy things from iTunes, it ask for verification. when i use my iMac it doesnt
