iPhone 11 max pro speaker is not working

Looking at the iPhone screen, which speaker is not working, Bottom-left or Bottom-right?

(as you might know, the left one is not a speaker, it's a microphone).

If it is the bottom-right, check Settings>Accessibility>Audio/Visual and see if the balance slider is in the middle, or try to set "mono" audio.

If the issue still persists, have your iPhone inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (they are reopening).

Can you better describe your problem?

Both the earpiece and the bottom right speakers?

Can you listen to audio coming from a youtube video? Can you listen to music?
