I cannot access to subscribed content.

I had subscribed to one month of lingokids unlimited five days ago. I still do not get access to the subscribed content. The developer sent an auto reply saying one of their support staff will get back to me but five days have passed since and they are not responding anymoen I tried to get a refund from apple's support page but it says it is not eligible for a refund. How can i escalate this? I want my money back if since i can't access to what i paid for!

I'd suggest contacting iTunes Support to appeal the decision.
