Apple TV problem

I just rent a movie via Apple TV. I was about to watch it on my iPad but the footage wasn’t able to load. I tried checking my connection, reset my iPad all those basic stuff. But it still doesn’t work. How do I solve this? And if I won’t be able to watch it eventually due to the issue is there a guarantee I can get my money back?

iPad Air, iOS 12

The user is responsible for internet connectivity as required for streaming services, and iTunes Store content in particular.

System Status - Apple Support shows no issues with the iTunes Store at this time.

Did it work with this setup for other titles in the past?

Did you try a restart of your iPad and network equipment (modem/router/Wi-Fi)?
