We clicked on a phishing email link and opened up an attachment

We have an iphone 8. Wife was reading email, saw a fake bill from apple with an attachment. She clicked on it and opened it. I told her that's phishing scam. What do we need to do? She did NOT give any passwords, credit card info, etc.

Thx
