What is the return policy on an iPad Pro?


My iPad Air 2 had been unexpectedly and intermittently just shutting down; so I purchased anew iPad and selected the Pro. Surprisingly, this ipadPro pales in comparison to my Air2.... There is nothing impressive about it... “to me”. I would very much like to return it... or possibly exchange for another Air2.


Also, I just realized my IpadPro is not even listed below in my devise list; not sure what that is about.

It depends on where you bought it from.

Apple stores have a 14 day return policy, but other stores have their own (and may have altered return policies due to COVID-19)


Search on the website for your vendor, see what their policy is and go from there
