Random Virus pop up keeps appearing?

My mom called me and complained about a pop-up that keeps occurring when she browses the internet.

I was able to be around when it popped up, and it says the following:

*"Warning! 920 Privacy violations found.*

*iMunizator found 920 privacy violations on your computer during recent system scan. Your security and privacy are in DANGER.*

*Immediate cleaning is required.*

*We are sorry, but trial version is unable to clean these privacy violations. We strongly recommend you to purchase Full version. You will get 24 x 7 friendly support and unlimited protection."*

*And then it has a button to "continue unprotected" or "Remove Now."*

I've been clicking continue unprotected every time, because it sounds like a scam or device to get you to purchase virus-containing material. However, it keeps popping up.

Any suggestions? My mom and I are not sure what iMunizator is, either.
