No Service/Battery Drain All of Sudden/Mobile Heats up

Hello Members/Staffs

I was recently upgraded my Iphone 5 SE to 13.4.1 to 13.5 all of sudden after upgrading to new ios version i've face lot of issues

  1. No Service
  2. Battery Heats up & Drain all of sudden from 60% to 10%

Solutions i tried look around internet and apple community not works

The following procedures not worked at all for me

  1. Resetting the network Settings few minutes got network after went no service
  2. Complete reset the phone to factory set the same problem no service and battery heats up

In internet the procedure to roll back to 13.4.1 or some older ios update using tricks. if to do so means i've little fear because it demolish my phone.

Members/Support Staffs kindly suggest me some of working methods to do so. (or) i should waiting for apple new bug fixes update.

if so means i must wait for the apple new bug fix. Because for the past 6 years i'm using Apple products the robust & timely update make every thing very fine for me. But this this the first time i'm facing these kind of issues.

1) Here is this page on how you can deal with the No Services issue.

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

2) Sometimes there are some issues that are causing your battery to lose quickly. Here’s this page on how you can enhance your Battery Performance.

Batteries - Maximizing Performance - Apple

Battery Life is sometimes the problem, causing your phone to drastically lose battery real quickly. Check to make sure your Battery Life is above 80%. You can do this by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Life. If it is below 80%, you might want to consider replacing your battery. Here’s this page for more information on Battery Replacements.

Battery drain problem - I have the same problem with my iPhone 11 Pro Max ever since the last update (I’ve also seen several similar postings). Setting>Battery shows me that Siri is using 78% of the battery which continues to be the case even after turning Siri and Keyboard Dictation completely off. I’m currently trying another cycle with Application Background Update turned off. We’ll see.

**I did see a posting by someone who said they fixed this problem by logging out of iCloud and then logging back in (merging data). I’ll try that next.**

By the way - in my opinion you can ignore the responses by the “experts” on this forum. Every one that I have seen so far simply repeats the same old “how to improve battery life” steps already published by Apple. That is not your problem as you described it.
