The Apple Watch on my iPhone shows that an Update is required but when I start the update I get the following message: “Unable to check for update. An error occurred while checking fir a software update. Try again’. I keep trying but the same message repeats. The watch is on the charger and the battery is at 100%.

the only thing I am able to see on my Apple Watch is the pairing screen. I can’t see any of the apps to go to settings. I’m unable to update on my phone as well says i need internet. I have it connected
