APPLE PAY/DEBIT CARD ISSUES

I’m trying to transfer money from my Apple Pay to my debit card but it won’t let me. I’ve tried deleting the card and putting the info back in but it’s already set as a default and won’t let me change it. So after deleting the debit card, i tried to go to Apple Pay, transfer to bank, add card, and my old card still pops up. Then when asked to confirm my info, i do; and still NOTHING!!
