Apple Watch series 3 won’t pair with each other iPhone 6

When trying to pair watch series 3 with iPhone 6. States that watch needs to be unpaired. Then it says that phone needs updating (have done that) then says watch needs updating (have done that). Says unpairing , then returns to “start pairing”. It then repeats the above.

i have reset watch factory settings. I have deleted app and reinstalled.

help please.

If the watch has watchOS6 running then you need a phone with ios13,which is an iphone 6s or higher,your iphone 6 will only update to ios12 which is why it won't pair with your watch.
