I would like to know if I can install RAM from an iMac Retina 5K, 27'', end 2015

on an iMac Retina 5K, 27 '', end 2014?

The models are different, but maybe they are compatible?

iMac with Retina 5K display, macOS 10.15

No. They are different RAM modules.
