updated and now i lost all my iPhotos

Photos replaced iPhoto years ago. Photos can convert your iPhoto Library. Launch Photos with the option key held down. From the resulting dialog, choose your iPhoto Library. Photos will create a new Library from your iPhoto Media. Your iPhoto Library will not be changed.

Note that Photos works a little differently than iPhoto, so expect a bit of a learning curve.
