Dear apple, the e last February 25. I bought an I phone 6 in brickell store Miami . I paid cash for the device, but you can’t used because is unlocked. I’m glad if you can give me a solution! I’m in argentina right now it phone is not under my property. This phone is of my sister in law. It is possible communicate as soon as possible !! Thanks you so very much.

You did not "buy and iPhone 6".
You got an out of warranty replacement for a failed or damaged phone.
The replacement phone will be carrier locked in exactly the same way the original phone was.
Only the carrier it is locked to can unlock it.
You paid for an out of warranty replacement for an existing phone that you had to give them in return.
The replacement phone will be carrier locked in exactly the same way the original phone was.

If the original phone was sold by Claro, then the replacement should also be locked to Claro.

Dear friend, just I call again to the Apple support . They gave me back an answer. The phone is blocked by sprint in USA . And the more sadness things is only for use in USA, but I’m not understand why the Apple store in brickell gave me a phone for sprint company if I got it in Apple brickell
