No such thing. Apple does not sell insurance for Apple Watches.
Apple sells extended warranty in the from of Apple Care+. It is not insurance. It will not protect you if your watch is lost or stolen like insurance would.
Apple Care+ offers extended warranty coverage for manufacturing defects and 2 incidents of accidental damage repair at a reduced price.
Unlike for iPhone, Apple does not offer the Apple Care+ plan with theft and loss protection for the Apple Watch.
