Can my control center be activated by a button? It does not work when i swipe up from the bottom of screen

Start your swipe from below the bottom of the screen. That is the only way to open control center.
Your only other option is to enable Assistive Touch and do it from there.
“Hey Siri, turn on the flashlight” or “Hey Siri, turn on the torch”.
“Hey Siri, turn off the flashlight” or “Hey Siri, turn off the torch”.
Thank you Lawrence for your reply. It still does not work. Is there any way to move the icons (Torch or Magnifier) to other screens so I may use them?
