Disabled iPhone7 plus
How can I disable my phone? I’m not allowed to update any apps or get apps. I want access to downloading apps and updating again but it won’t let me.

That doesn’t mean your phone is disabled, it means your iTunes & App Store is disabled because your Apple ID is disabled. There is more than one reason it might be; here are two support articles to check:
