Bypassing an iPhone passcode

I have a question regarding iPhone security- can the iPhones with Touch ID (iPhone 8 and lower) be bypassed without the fingerprint and passcode?

I have lost my phone somewhere and despite having a passcode on it and removing it from iCloud, I still worry about my past data being accessed by a stranger (I negligently didn't erase the iPhone content).

I've seen various YouTube tutorials where an iPhone can be bypassed with Siri (I had Siri turned on) and so I can't help worrying.

Yet accurate. YouTube will tell you anything you wish to hear.

If this were possible, do you believe for a second it would only be reported on Youtube?

If your passcode was strong and not easily guessed, your data and device are safe. Your device must be erased to remove your strong passcode, which removes your data. Since you enabled Find My Phone, the device can never be activated again unless by you.

Removing it from iCloud was a mistake. Now, whoever stole it can restore it as new and use it. They won't have access to your data but they will get a nice new phone.
