Can Not Sign into Facetime

Do you know others reasons why I cannot connect to Facetime?

I have signed out, followed other instructions and I still receive this:

"an error occurred during activation"

Follow all steps here If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
