How can u fully connect my cellphone to the computer to synchronize, without blinking as hazard lights do, on & off all the time.

See if there’s any debris in the Lightning socket on the iPhone.
If there is, carefully use a non-conductive and non-rigid tool to carefully try to remove the debris, and without damaging the contacts.
If the iPhone still doesn’t make a reliable contact with the computer or if you’re not comfortable With using a tool in the socket, I’d use the link in the upper right and check directly with the folks at Apple.

My cellphone had problems with the synchronization, the finder frequently were blinking on and off but didn't fully connected very well, so I changed the cable for a new one. and is still happening. what should I do?
