keyboard does not turn on - will not connect with iPad pro???
iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi

Try updating to iPadOS 13.5.1 to see if it resolves your problem.
Settings > General > Software Update
just did and nothing - is the keyboard supposed to light up? tried it with power and no power - still the same-charger is not working thru the keyboard to iPad either.
Are you connecting for the first time or have you been using it and it now won't connect? Try cleaning the three smart connectors on the back of your iPad with a soft lint free cloth.
