phone shows loading library but nothing is happening

got a new iphone 11 pro and my musoc library says loading but nothing is showing up.

I understand that you're unable to see your Library in the Music app when using Apple Music on your iOS device. You've come to the right place for help.


If you're attempting to view and listen to your music when connected to cellular data, I would like to start by having you go to Settings > Music > Cellular Data. Confirm Cellular Data is turned on, as well as Streaming if you plan on streaming music using cellular data. After that, force the Music app to close and restart your device:



If you're connected to Wi-Fi, it may also be helpful to test if this happens when you're connected to a different Wi-Fi network. If you're still unable to see your music, some additional questions that would be helpful to answer are:


  1. Did this start after a specific event such as renewing your Apple Music subscription, signing out of the iTunes & App Store, turning off iCloud Music Library?
  2. Can you load and play music from the For You, Browse, or Radio tabs in the Music app?
  3. Which device and iOS version is this happening with?
