My Watch (4) has started recording an extremely high heart rate when I am not wearing it!
Happens both if it’s just sitting or charging. Really screwing up my averages and rate recordings for the day! Is there also any way to delete this history?

On the health app on the phone,tap on browse at the bottom then tap on heart then tap on heart rate,scroll down to the bottom and tap on Show all data,swipe left on the date in question and tap on delete then tap on done.
Cheers. Although it is still reading while it is off my wrist at least I can get rid of the history
