Hi, my Iphone 11 doesn't always ring when Ive either got the ear-pods connected or just the phone no ear-pods. it seems to go to voice straight away.
My phone isnt muted, the volume is up, it has the latest update. Do not disturb is set for between 22:00 and 07:00.
