iCloud share link and I have been waiting for 2 days

2 days ago my friend sent me 20 Live Photo’s on messages that were an iCloud share link. Everytime I click on the link it says “waiting”, and I have checked to make sure my iCloud photos and everything are turned on and they are. She emailed them to me as well but they were completely blurry. How do I access the iCloud link??
