Good day! I have a question regarding Apple ID. I bought iPad 2 but previous user forgot to delete his apple is from this device. Me question is How can I delete Apple ID from iPad 2 as I don’t know password and Apple ID ( email) in order to log in from my own Apple ID and use this device
Unless you know the ID and password, the only one who can do this is the seller. Contact the seller to have them do it or return for a refund. You cannot do anything with it.

Before passing-on the device to you, the previous owner should have prepared it properly for reuse. This would deactivate the Activation Lock and reset the device:

As you will discover, unless you can secure the cooperation of the previous owner, you’ll not be able to disable, bypass or otherwise defeat the Activation Lock - and the device will not be usable by you or anyone else. Unless you have documentation that proves you to be the original owner (such as the original sales invoice that shows the device serial number), Apple will not assist you. Nobody here will be able to help.
If the employer sold them to you, return them and politely ask for a refund - tell him that they are not usable. Providing a box will not solve the problem.
That is a question that you would need to raise with Apple Support - as only they can provide a definitive answer.
our employer sold us ( to all employees) these iPads 2. IT employee that create all these Apple IDs not working anymore. We couldn’t get any information from him. Can apple administrators help us if we provide all iPads boxeswith Imex and accounting documents that these ipads not stolen
