Windows 10 on a 2018 Mac Mini

Is there a way to install Windows on the 2018 Mac mini without using Bootcamp ?

I want to use all of my internal storage for a Windows installation as I've purchased an external thunderbolt drive to run MacOS from.

Using bootcamp to install windows leaves me with 60GB that Im unable to assign to the Windows hard drive, After deleting the windows installer partition & the Mac OS partition.

if I boot into MacOS from the thunderbolt drive, when I attempt to use bootcamp the 1st thing it tells me is to disconnect any external drives and I can't disconnect the drive I've boot ive booted into Mac OS with ...

Ive attempted to use a USB thumb drive to install windows and even with loading the apple SSD drivers, I still run into an error when attempting to install windows.

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

If you want Windows to occupy the entire disk space, and use macOS from the external disk, you will need to use an external USB Installer and disable Secure Boot.

You will also need a PC to build a USB Installer via Windows Media Creation Tool. Add Apple-specific drivers manually to this USB. Boot from this USB, and erase the internal disk (see the clear command in diskpart utility) in the installer and use the entire disk space.
