GB information
I recently upgraded my phone to a 128GB device. How do I cancel my old iCloud upgrade charge request from my account so I won't be charged every month? Also, my GB storage is still showing 50GB instead of 128GB.

Be aware that the iPhone PHYSICAL storage is quite different from the iCloud VIRTUAL storage and that, in general, one cannot substitute fro the other.
