What are these white dots on my MacBookPro 2018?

Picked up my computer after a few months of not using it, just to find all these dots on the screen. It was not like this a few months ago. Warranty expired last year, but as an Apple consumer, I can't accept that a screen from Apple standards would present issues in less than 2 years. Would apple replace it for me? I do not want to spend $400 or more to replace something it simply appeared in such a little time.

What you guys think it is?
