Emails using iPad
I have just bought and set-up a 2019 iPad but sent emails are not saved in the ‘sent’ folder. What box has wrongly been or not ticked, please ?

In the Mail app Sidebar, tap on Edit, then tap / add checkbox next to the All Sent box. Tap on Done to exit edit mode.
FYI, if you have multiple email accounts, they each have their own Inbox, Sent box, etc. To see them you have to tap on the account name in the sidebar.
