Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My iPad Pro (3rd Generation) froze while updating.

The screen has the Apply logo but with the progress bar stuck. I've tried the suggested actions from Apple but nothing appears to work. iTunes cannot connect with the iPad so I need help.


Please advise.
