Can't log into my icloud

I've tried numerous times to log into my icloud but it keeps coming up with - the application you have selected does not exist. I log in daily through my work computer & this is the first time I've encountered this issue - is there a problem with the apple icloud?

There was a system issue earlier, try again and see if you're still having the issue.
