How do I ask for refund

I rented two movies on YouTube, I couldn’t watch one because the movie never downloaded, I was charged anyway, and also it says on YouTube that movie rental is for 48 hours, next day I try watching that movie again and it asked to pay for it, when 48 hour didn’t past yet, the movie is from Woody Allen

I contact YouTube and they told me that since i renten the movie through Apple there is nothing they can do, I want a refund for that movie
