Cannot sign into account on macbook or iphone

As of today, I cannot sign into my Apple ID account on my phone nor macbook. I have reset my password multiple times on the browser and then every time I go to login on something other than google chrome, it says "The application you have selected does not exist." Doesn't say wrong password or anything. This has now logged me off of all apps and I cannot get anything to process with face id now as it asks for my password everytime.
