Lost items in delivery!

I ordered with apple.com, never received my package although it was marked delivered by the carrier. I have claimed with apple and its been 5 days and still waiting to hear from them, anybody knows how long this could take.

I ordered an iPhone and have not received it No one was home when the order came so it was taken to the UPS pick up point. When I tracked the shipment it says that the items were received by me. I did NOT go to this store and pick up my phone, I was at work. I did NOT receive my phone from this store and I DO NOT have possession of this iphone 13. I’ve been trying to contact UPS snd they’ve provide no help except to file a claim which I'm doing right now. Could you please consult me on how to resolve this problem? This may sound rude but If this isn't resolved I need a full refund or a new iphone 13 with all the specs I paid for sent to me immediately. Sean [Edited by Moderator]

lost package Hello. I ordered Apple iPhone se (3rd gen) on 6 may 2022. In the "order status" I can see that my package is delivered, at 9 May, but it isn't. Shipping company is UPS. I have already contacted them, but they said nothing. What can I do? Thanks

We have no idea since we have no access to this kind of information; did you also contact the carrier?

And, do you have a security camera (or Ring doorbell with camera) showing the delivery (and the possible theft) of the package?
