I lost my iPhone11 ProMax on 24 May 2020 around Yuen Long area.

On 01 June I received a signaI that iPhone is located somewhere in Guandong province. On 02 June 2020, I recently received a message from **** Apple Inc Important notice: Distinguished Apple users, your lost mode iPhone is unlocking the internet brush in Apple stores. If you are not operating by yourself, please log on to *** immediately to check the exact location and authorize the network to intercept and seize the device"


I tried logging on to the above address, but it appears to be unsafe. is the message legitimate or somebody is scamming me.
